4.0 out of 5 stars Working for me I was skeptical about this after the mixed reviewed I read but decided to give it a tryI’m menopausal for several years and have always been active and fit. Gut began hanging over my pants and my energy level had diminished. I tried a probiotic and noticed some difference but not enoughI’ve been taking this about 3 weeks and feel great. Mind you I have been at the gym 2-3 times a week and have changed my diet in the last month as well so I think it’s a combination but I definitely noticed results. 4.0 out of 5 stars good for bloat and Nausea I am on my second bottle. I did purchase 3 more near the end of the first bottle. This product is not a weight loss product in my experience. However, I am a celiac and have pretty bad digestion and tummy issues resulting is severe bloat. This product has really helped with bloat. I still cannot eat dairy and other foods that I cannot digest well, but , the bloat is less and the pain is mostly gone. I have never woken to an empty not bloated belly, even if I skip dinner but on this product with a light dinner, I have; this is such an amazing feeling for me. I do recommend to women with bloat and belly issues but knowing that if there are foods that really affect you, they'll continue. I really suggest it for celiac as it sooths the random burning and nausea that well up at any moment, I personally have dealt with for over 15 years. 115 people found this helpful

I have experienced joint pain and had one day with intense cramping and pain after my cycle ended. When I mentioned this to my massage therapist she said it sounded like my body might be going through a cleanse. I haven't had any pain in the past week. Still have a few hot flashes but not sweats. 3.0 out of 5 stars well, it's been 3 weeks. at first it seemed to work great. I had regular bowl movements again. night sweats seem to be less, not stopped but only 2 a night instead of 5. I had more energy and could almost sleep till 2am, but after the 3 weeks I'm almost out. and it doesn't seem to help anymore. 3 days and no movement, night sweats every hour on the hour, and can't sleep. so, for 50 a month I cancelled my Future orders. 3.0 out of 5 stars Research backs this product up I will try to update my review as time passes but 90 days is a long time to let someone know if a product is doing what it's advertising. I am trying to be fair with my review, hence the three stars. Before purchasing this product I did some thorough research and science says the ingredients do work. Therefore this product should do as it states. With this said I did not purchase this product to lose weight; I could not find firm facts that support weight loss. I purchased this product for the horrific pre-menopausal symptoms I seem to be going through. I have high hopes that this product will help with the pain (mostly headaches but also all over pain), inconsistent but sharp cramping, cold chills and hot sweats, and the irritability I seem to have 3 weeks out of the month. The only relief I've been getting is when I'm on my period, too much information possibly but look if you are a woman you may know the struggle I'm facing.I have only been taking this supplement for one week. No changes have been noted in my symptoms. And I have already spoken to my doctor; apparently, the symptoms I'm experiencing are normal. Actually I was told that stress can increase the level of the symptoms so I've been seeing a massage therapist for over a year. I told my massage therapist about my struggles and she made me a blend of essential oils. Look, I'm not knocking this product but I have had better results from the essential oils than I have had with this product thus far. Immediately after my massage with essential oils the headache I've had for two weeks left. The day after my massage I used my oil blend and felt better in my mood and productivity. The third day of using the blend I felt like my old self. Now, how do I know it's not the supplemental product? I skipped using my oil blend for one day and the headache, cramps, irritable mood all came back.I can't explain it, maybe I'm full of hogwash but I have been miserable for so long that I like the immediate effects of the essential oils plus the price was 50% less than this supplemental product. I'm a young 41 year old mom of four. I want to enjoy life with my family and the symptoms I'm experiencing are wearing me down.Bottom line, this product should work to help improve symptoms due to menopause however, it may take time. I plan on continuing taking the supplement for the remaining four weeks but I'm really on the fence about purchasing more. The cost of this product is actually cheaper than other brands but $50 a month for something that may or may not work for me is a high price for me.As always, check with your doctor before trying supplements of any sort. 4.0 out of 5 stars Definitely contains live probiotics The media could not be loaded.  Well I tested it and it does contain live probiotics. All you have to do is open a capsule of probiotic and put it in some milk and wait a day or two. If live probiotics are there digesting the milk you will have what resembles yogurt. If not it will still look like watery milk. These passed the test! I also love the addition of turmeric. That said these are too expensive for me to purchase regularly unless after this month I feel substantially better somehow. I started with one a day instead of 2 capsules like the directions say to do. On the fourth day I did took 2 but didn’t feel well so I went back to one. I lost 50 pounds and added this in to see if it boosts my weight loss. I am closer to 60 pounds lost now. I am also taking ashwaganda and morninga and chaga. 4.0 out of 5 stars it will vary its not 1 size fits all I gained weight after being on Lyrica for a year. it was devastating, as i had been about the same weight and size for years and my eating habits hadn't changed. i got off Lyrica and tried several other weight loss pills. nothing seemed to be really giving results. I have fibromyalgia, systematic lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis for about 17 years and have been in pre menopause for a few years. So vitolize seemed to offer all the marks I needed. I've been on it for 2 months so far. I can say honestly, i noticed an increase in energy the first week. i usually get pretty worn out quickly but these pills have helped immensely with my energy level.I love how i don't feel jittery or crazy like other weight loss pills made me feel. I don't seem to be as achey either. i am on prescribed pain pills, but noticed whatever the pain my pills miss, this covers. Weight loss wasn't instant, but i did notice my stomach, which had turned into my problem area with recent weight gain, was definitely less bloated and changing, shrinking. I poop way more regularly too. I haven't weighed myself since ive been on these, I'm trying not to obsess with numbers and focus more on how i feel, but all the pants that were either tight or not fitting, now fit comfortably. There were some clothes i couldn't even get up my legs before and now they fit. I definitely notice body parts seen smaller, such as stomach, thighs and arms. One other thing i love is only having to take 2 in the morning instead of how other brands are more than once a day which i would always forget. and they dont smell!My only complaint is the price. it's pricey. My stomach of course is smaller, I have tons more energy, and basically have my life back! It’s great stuffBUT I received my new order yesterday and my capsules are an off color. No where near as vibrant orange as they use to be. I’ve seen several reviews stating the same thing.I’m gonna give it a 3 month try to see if I feel the same as I always have or if my symptoms are back. Then decide whether to keep spending the excessive amount of money on a product or find something new.If you’re older and dealing with all the bs that goes with it, tjis will help immensely. I was having raging hot flashes constantly. My AC had to be on 66 degrees year round because I was so miserable. I’ve been taking this now for almost a year and it’s been a game changer for me. I’ve lost weight, my energy level is way up and NO MORE HOT FLASHES. It takes about 2 months to really kick in and start working so dont give up. It takes time, but it’s worth it. I'm sensitive to medications, so I started taking only 1 of the pills instead of the 2 that the directions suggest. I stayed on 1 pill per day for 1.5 months. I did notice a little bit of cramping when I first started. That calmed down over 1-2 weeks. I recently went up to taking 2 pills per day. It's calmed my stomach down and is helping to keep me calm. I still get hot flashes thanks to peri-menopause but those don't seem as terrible. The weight loss may take more time for me since I also just went off of birth control pills. I don't notice as many body aches either. I refuse to go on HRT due to the risks. This seemed like a much safer, more natural option. I've read up on other similar products and they don't seem to work as well. This one will affect everyone differently, so if you notice issues when first taking it, try the 1 pill approach and see if it helps! 143 people found this helpful

Withing thirty minutes at that, and for up to four hours. I started thinking maybe this was how people were loosing weight. But I have always had low tolerance to supplements so I think I will try just taking one a day with my coffee. 4.0 out of 5 stars Highly Recommend to Everyone I had a baby at age 40 and could not lose the weight, did not want to exercise even though I realize I need to. the product worked, but very slowly, it took 5 months of taking this twice a day before I started to lose weight, BUT once it started coming off it continued to drop weekly until I ran out and was unable to purchase more for 2 months, due to pricing. My weight stayed the same for a little while and then I began to gain it back along with the bubble of a belly, bloating, constipation and fatigue. The bottom line of my review is that THIS STUFF DOES REALLY WORK!I WISH I'D HAVE TAKEN SOME BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS TO SHOW BUT I DID NOT.My advice to anyone trying this and not seeing results just keep going.I only wish it was cheaper but I'd MUCH MUCH rather take these daily than try dieting ever again!!! While taking them diligently my appetite was Amazing, I was not hungry all of the time but I AM ABLE TO EAT ANYTHING I WANT AND KEEP LOSING WEIGHT, NO EXERCISE BESIDES 10K STEPS A DAY AND BEING A NORMAL 43 YEAR OLD MOM WITH A TODDLER, LITTLE KID, ADULT CHILD AND 1 GRANDDAUGHTER so i do feel very active but do not work out or exercise. That is because based on the number of people who have responded positively to this product, I still recommend trying it, especially when you think about how different our body chemistries are. First, I am not having weight problems at all post menopause, so perhaps it works better for people who are having that problem. I wanted help with sleep and hip pain. I was determined to go the full 90 days before making a judgment, but at 6 weeks I started getting strong joint and muscle pain everywhere. It was disruptive to life. I saw that others had this problem, I am aware that the manufacturer says this can be from the release of bad bacteria, but I couldn't get through it - had an attack of pain on one knee without any injury, twisting, etc that was so bad I had to use crutches for a couple of days. Another day I had a really painful charlie horse in my leg, again without trauma or overexertion, just came out of nowhere. Left arm was next. Then my shoulders. Stopped taking them and the flare ups are subsiding. Think I'll try hyaluronic acid instead.

4.0 out of 5 stars Made my body ache; stomach is smaller though At first I really loved this and it did help with going to the bathroom regularly and thinning me around the waist: by day 2!I did experience a lot of intestinal cramping as well as extra uterus cramping… then came the body aches and breast tenderness By the end of the third week, the slimming down the middle was not worth the new aches and pains I had while the night sweats even came back with day sweating. I decided to stop this because I literally felt like I needed to see a doctor— something was attacking me.I switched to another probiotic that doesn’t work quite as well as far as keeping me regular however, the aches are going away. I will say I tried a third probiotic that also made me ache. I think I have it nailed down to the B Breve that has caused me problems. I know I sound crazy, but that’s the only difference between the one that doesn’t bother me vs the two that do bother me.**Update, I did read that the aches could be due to the toxins released from the good bacteria killing whatever there was so maybe this was doing me a favor. (Btw if you tell a doctor you think your probiotic is causing you aches they will think you are crazy… even when you absolutely know that’s the culprit.) I decided to retry this and get thru it. I started up again and just took some Advil for the aches and pains and so far I’m fine. A couple days later I don’t need Advil. If that changes I will start Advil again or try cutting back to one capsule or something. It does help with the slimming down so other than some of the aches I feel younger as far as my figure goes.While I do really like this, I do have concerns that all of us that are taking this are bandaiding something. Sure the probiotic ingredients are beneficial but why is it that middle aged women get so bloated and carry fat around their waist. There has to be something else we are doing wrong… or perhaps this is just another thing we have unrealistic expectations about when we age.2nd update: I’ve been using this for about 11 months and with changing my diet to more fiber I am able to take 1 capsule instead of 2 which will cut the cost of this in half.Also, I bought a cavitation machine. Prior to buying one, I researched it and had a professional do my first treatment at a salon. It’s a lot like cool sculpting but much cheaper. I stopped because of the reviews of people on Instagram saying they felt the pills made them gain weight. I discussed this with my primary care doctor and ob/gyn who both informed me that during this transition in life, weight gain is hard to avoid and lifestyle change to regulate what your metabolism can manage is the only way to manage weight gain. Not a pill.I was off for two months and was miserable. Now I am back and my body temperature seems back to normal after 2 weeks. Estroven didn't work for me, and Provitalize might not work for others, but I am happy I experimented with many products and landed on Provitalize which I will continue taking until I get through this. Since I ordered all three bottles separately, I knew I would not qualify for a refund. BUT, to my surprise, not long after my review was published, I received a full refund for all three bottles from the company. Now that is a great gesture from a company that obviously cares about their customers and it’s greatly appreciated!This was my original review: I took this product as recommended for three months. 3.0 out of 5 stars Expensive, but does seem to help a little I feel like taking this product over the last couple weeks has helped a little with regularity, bloating, and night sweats; however, how much it helps is hard to measure. The symptoms are not gone, but they do seem to be a little improved. I do feel that it is overpriced, so I will probably stop taking it after I run out and see if the symptoms return or not, then I will know if it is worth it (I will update my review at that point). The capsules are on the larger size, and I have difficulty swallowing any medium-large size pill or capsule. However, these can be taken with food. If I take it with bananas, it does go down easily (chew bite of banana, pop in pill, swallow together). The capsules should NOT be opened and dissolved. The manufacturer's website gives the following information: "Provitalize capsules shouldn't be opened since they contain probiotics that are important to reach the intestines and exert their healthy benefits properly." 1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware! First, it took me quite a while to get this review posted. Whether it be Amazon or the company, I have no idea.I first ordered Provitalize in the summer of 2023. I had previously watched a video on Provitalize that suggested taking it for 3 months for best results. So, I kept that in mind after I completed the first 3 bottles and had my daughter order me a second round - 3 more bottles. At first, it seemed to be a decent product; I seemed to have more energy in the beginning. However, the first thing this product did was completely stopped my monthly cycle in September. I had almost completed the 4th bottle of Provitalize in November, but I noticed the product had completely stopped working, and instead of decreasing the bloating, it had increased the bloating - more than I had ever experienced before. Without changing my eating habits, I had gained 8 pounds since starting this product.Barbara O’Neill says, “The body will tell you what it needs. We just have to learn to listen to our bodies.”I never really understood what that meant until I was taking Provitalize, because my body felt an overwhelming urge to have a monthly cycle that Provitalize had completely stopped. So, I stopped taking Provitalize around the 3rd week of November. After around 4 days without Provitalize, my bloating decreased. After around 6 days without Provitalize, I went down 5 pounds on the scales. And 9 days without Provitalize, my monthly cycle returned, and my body is starting to feel normal again.I will never order this product again. I truly believe Provitalize is just another money gimmick sales pitch product that preys on women who desire to live healthier lifestyles.Might I also add a few other facts: First, when I ordered the Provitalize, I also ordered Raw Sea Moss from another company, and I took the two together. I used all the Sea Moss in September and haven’t gotten around to reordering it, and now that all is said and done, I believe with all my heart, the results that I did see in the beginning were coming from the Raw Sea Moss and NOT the Provitalize (like more energy). Secondly, in the spring of 2023, I purchased an entire line of haircare products to strengthen, thicken, and grow my hair, which was working 100% UNTIL I started taking Provitalize. Now my hair is back to dull and thinning, and I fully blame Provitalize for that. (I mean, the hair products were working. I started taking Provitalize and the hair products stopped working. At that point it dawned on me that it had been working for me and didn't realize the flashes had ceased until they were back. Once I started taking consistently again, they were much better. I have noticed it has helped curve my sugar cravings quite a bit and helped with my hot flashes I was getting. I'm sleeping better then I was, I would be very restless and wake up several times a night, now I'm sleeping almost all night. As far as pain relief...I'm not so sure yet. I need my knees replaced and I was hoping this would help with some of the inflammation and I don't think it is helping much. I will continue to take this for another 2 months to see if I notice an increase in my endurance and stamina, and hopefully see some weight loss too. 76 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Eliminated Hot Flashes But Caused Kidney Problems Update at the end: I haven’t used these long enough to talk about weight loss but there is a noticeable difference with regard to menopause issues. My hot flashes went from 7-10 per day to 2-3 per day in a week and they are nearly gone in less than a month! I haven’t had night sweats for several weeks now and the aches and pains are much better. Many of my issues of weight gain were due to a carb craving that seemed to only show up at bedtime. Not to be confused with stress eating, but those carb cravings have disappeared.Just follow the suggested two pills a day and you’ll notice some changes. I just ordered another bottle along with the Previtalize to give them a try together.UPDATE: After dealing with some excruciating back pains I realized the pills are causing issues with my Kidneys. I was in antibiotics for 3 weeks and hadn’t been able to take Provitalize. Of course the hot flashes are back so after finishing 3 types of antibiotics, I started taking the pills again. The second day I noticed kidney pain again. I read through some of the reviews and realized that I was one of the unfortunate few who had kidney problems from taking the pills. I have tried so many vitamins but nothing worked; I tried juice of turmeric and ginger every morning and I didn't see the difference either. I decided to give these supplements a try. I been taking them for over a month. The difference is noticeable, the pain still there but no like before. My knees are super good 👌 the swelling on my hands is gone, my hips feel much better. 3.0 out of 5 stars New Yellow Pill is Faulty I have ordered this since May 2023, The pill was ORANGE like Tumeric, I get this last batch and immediately I was concerned with the new pale yellow color, the cotton in the bottle was yellow and the pill just didn't seem (lacked freshenss) like the ones before this last shipment. I contact customer service and they give me the sorry excuse with the chemistry. Ok I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but the proof is in the pudding, my results since June because it took a month to really work well with my body. My stomach distention decreased and I was getting great results being regular. Sadly since starting this new batch my stomach is bloating again and you guessed it no regular poops! I am pissed, especially when I was getting good results, I'm taking pills that aren't effective (I take too many to begin with to take 2 more that aren't working! 3.0 out of 5 stars Didnt work for me. I’m finishing my 3rd round of Provitalize. 9th bottle and honestly didnt help with weight loss or belly fat loss or hot flashes. The only thing it did is exactly what it is a probiotic. It help me become regular. I will not be buying this anymore. As I believe its a sell out for different issues in a womens body. And expensive too. Never went on sale but I wanted to give it a try but didnt do all that it said it would do.I don’t recommend. 4.0 out of 5 stars First time user of product I must say, this product has made me feel less bloated, but as far as the weight loss I have not seen any, BUT I am only 1/2 way through my second bottle, I’m not going to truly judge until I make the 90 days. I was use to being 120 even after 3 children, always easy for me to lose the weight, but since my hysterectomy over 20 yrs ago I am now 174 at 5’ 5”BUT I will say the bloating and becoming more regular by busing this product has made a difference. I seem to have more energy for sure , Maybe the weight will begin to come off with being active and staying consistent with the product.Not giving up , and not judging because I have not seen fast weight loss. 3.0 out of 5 stars Change in Formula Not good I have been having terrible hip pain. The Provitilize commercial said it was related to menopause and this pill will rebalance my hormones. The 1st month I took Provitilize the pain went away within 2 days. My bowel movements were more regular than they ever have been and I lost a few pounds. I was so happy not to be in pain anymore. When I got my 2nd bottle - which contained the new lighter color pills - my hip pain came back within a couple days and my bowel movements are back to not being regular. I contacted customer service but they were not halpful at all. The company claims the formula is the same, but with "higher quality ingredients" - but this is clearly not true. I am now 51 and in the throes of menopause and this product has helped with hot flashes and bloating. I am being patient as the product suggested and waiting the 90 days to see if I am one of the lucky ones that this product will help with the menopausal weight gain as nothing else has helped to date. Product is easy to take for me and has no taste. There are no side effects that I have notice to date so I am hoping that once I get through this bottle and into my third one that maybe I will see some of the other results that they claim and that others have experienced. It does say that you need to use it for 3 months to see results, so I did. After the 3rd bottle I still hadn’t seen much of a change so I bought a 4th bottle thinking maybe I needed at least another month. I feel as though I just wasted $200 for nothing. They do say there is a money back guarantee, but I’m assuming since I purchased it on Amazon as opposed to purchasing thorough their website that is not the case. I love this product but I haven’t found it helpful in reducing post menopausal weight personally. 4.0 out of 5 stars 1 week in I’be been using the product for a week, and here’s my personal experience; it works, in terms of energy levels, I definitely feel a difference and I have been sleeping better. I don’t suffer from hot flashes that much, but I have not had any. I do have a lot of gas since starting this and it is a side effect of most probiotics. For me it’s been prominent, so I’m trying out a few different ways to take it rather then just on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Also, bathroom visits are significantly more frequent.Overall its not enough to make me want to stop taking it because like anything else newly introduced to our systems, you have to give it a chance. 4.0 out of 5 stars Love these BUT...... I have been on these for almost 30 days. I have not lost weight at this time but I have lost a few inches with not being so blotted. I take it first thing in the morning and I do not feel stuffed or blotted even after eating. I am on my second bottle and now have noticed a bunch of joint and muscle pains. I didn't take it for two days and the pains got better then I started it again and the pains came back. Hips, thigh, and back pain tender breasts. So I have asked for my money back as it does not appear I will be able to take these which really sucks because it has done wonders with my blotting.
