I took it for about six weeks and I noticed no difference in anything not my appetite not my weight, not my energy level or anything but it didn't make me sick either... there were no side effects... 3.0 out of 5 stars well, it's been 3 weeks. at first it seemed to work great. I had regular bowl movements again. night sweats seem to be less, not stopped but only 2 a night instead of 5. I had more energy and could almost sleep till 2am, but after the 3 weeks I'm almost out. and it doesn't seem to help anymore. 3 days and no movement, night sweats every hour on the hour, and can't sleep. so, for 50 a month I cancelled my Future orders. I can't afford to spend money on a product that will only help for a few weeks. I was really hoping it worked for me. 25 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars Research backs this product up I will try to update my review as time passes but 90 days is a long time to let someone know if a product is doing what it's advertising. I am trying to be fair with my review, hence the three stars. Before purchasing this product I did some thorough research and science says the ingredients do work. Therefore this product should do as it states. With this said I did not purchase this product to lose weight; I could not find firm facts that support weight loss. I purchased this product for the horrific pre-menopausal symptoms I seem to be going through. I have high hopes that this product will help with the pain (mostly headaches but also all over pain), inconsistent but sharp cramping, cold chills and hot sweats, and the irritability I seem to have 3 weeks out of the month. The only relief I've been getting is when I'm on my period, too much information possibly but look if you are a woman you may know the struggle I'm facing.I have only been taking this supplement for one week. No changes have been noted in my symptoms. And I have already spoken to my doctor; apparently, the symptoms I'm experiencing are normal. Actually I was told that stress can increase the level of the symptoms so I've been seeing a massage therapist for over a year. I told my massage therapist about my struggles and she made me a blend of essential oils. Look, I'm not knocking this product but I have had better results from the essential oils than I have had with this product thus far. Immediately after my massage with essential oils the headache I've had for two weeks left. The day after my massage I used my oil blend and felt better in my mood and productivity. The third day of using the blend I felt like my old self. Now, how do I know it's not the supplemental product? I skipped using my oil blend for one day and the headache, cramps, irritable mood all came back.I can't explain it, maybe I'm full of hogwash but I have been miserable for so long that I like the immediate effects of the essential oils plus the price was 50% less than this supplemental product. I'm a young 41 year old mom of four. I want to enjoy life with my family and the symptoms I'm experiencing are wearing me down.Bottom line, this product should work to help improve symptoms due to menopause however, it may take time. I plan on continuing taking the supplement for the remaining four weeks but I'm really on the fence about purchasing more. The cost of this product is actually cheaper than other brands but $50 a month for something that may or may not work for me is a high price for me.As always, check with your doctor before trying supplements of any sort. 3.0 out of 5 stars Buy this! UPDATE: I’ve now been on Provitalize for a a year and a half now. I’ve lost 70 pounds. My stomach of course is smaller, I have tons more energy, and basically have my life back! It’s great stuffBUT I received my new order yesterday and my capsules are an off color. No where near as vibrant orange as they use to be. I’ve seen several reviews stating the same thing.I’m gonna give it a 3 month try to see if I feel the same as I always have or if my symptoms are back. Then decide whether to keep spending the excessive amount of money on a product or find something new.If you’re older and dealing with all the bs that goes with it, tjis will help immensely. I was having raging hot flashes constantly. My AC had to be on 66 degrees year round because I was so miserable. I’ve been taking this now for almost a year and it’s been a game changer for me. I’ve lost weight, my energy level is way up and NO MORE HOT FLASHES. It takes about 2 months to really kick in and start working so dont give up. It takes time, but it’s worth it. 3.0 out of 5 stars Expensive, but does seem to help a little I feel like taking this product over the last couple weeks has helped a little with regularity, bloating, and night sweats; however, how much it helps is hard to measure. The symptoms are not gone, but they do seem to be a little improved. I do feel that it is overpriced, so I will probably stop taking it after I run out and see if the symptoms return or not, then I will know if it is worth it (I will update my review at that point). The capsules are on the larger size, and I have difficulty swallowing any medium-large size pill or capsule. However, these can be taken with food. If I take it with bananas, it does go down easily (chew bite of banana, pop in pill, swallow together). The capsules should NOT be opened and dissolved. The manufacturer's website gives the following information: "Provitalize capsules shouldn't be opened since they contain probiotics that are important to reach the intestines and exert their healthy benefits properly." So keep that in mind if you have trouble swallowing large pills or capsules. 7 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars New Yellow Pill is Faulty I have ordered this since May 2023, The pill was ORANGE like Tumeric, I get this last batch and immediately I was concerned with the new pale yellow color, the cotton in the bottle was yellow and the pill just didn't seem (lacked freshenss) like the ones before this last shipment. I contact customer service and they give me the sorry excuse with the chemistry. Ok I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but the proof is in the pudding, my results since June because it took a month to really work well with my body. My stomach distention decreased and I was getting great results being regular. Sadly since starting this new batch my stomach is bloating again and you guessed it no regular poops! I am pissed, especially when I was getting good results, I'm taking pills that aren't effective (I take too many to begin with to take 2 more that aren't working! 3.0 out of 5 stars Didnt work for me. I’m finishing my 3rd round of Provitalize. 9th bottle and honestly didnt help with weight loss or belly fat loss or hot flashes. The only thing it did is exactly what it is a probiotic. It help me become regular. I will not be buying this anymore. As I believe its a sell out for different issues in a womens body. And expensive too. Never went on sale but I wanted to give it a try but didnt do all that it said it would do.I don’t recommend. 3.0 out of 5 stars Change in Formula Not good I have been having terrible hip pain. The Provitilize commercial said it was related to menopause and this pill will rebalance my hormones. The 1st month I took Provitilize the pain went away within 2 days. My bowel movements were more regular than they ever have been and I lost a few pounds. I was so happy not to be in pain anymore. When I got my 2nd bottle - which contained the new lighter color pills - my hip pain came back within a couple days and my bowel movements are back to not being regular. I contacted customer service but they were not halpful at all. The company claims the formula is the same, but with "higher quality ingredients" - but this is clearly not true. 3.0 out of 5 stars 1st bottle I am on my 1st bottle and have been taking them for 2 weeks. I have noticed an increase in my energy level and that's about it. I still have hot flashes but like I said I have not been taking them very long. Only time will tell.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the money I tried this item because I had seen it on Instagram and it seemed like it really worked. It does say that you need to use it for 3 months to see results, so I did. After the 3rd bottle I still hadn’t seen much of a change so I bought a 4th bottle thinking maybe I needed at least another month. I feel as though I just wasted $200 for nothing. They do say there is a money back guarantee, but I’m assuming since I purchased it on Amazon as opposed to purchasing thorough their website that is not the case.
