2.0 out of 5 stars Alergic To It After using the product for about three weeks I developed hives on my arms, and acne on my face. This was the only product I'd added to my daily regimen. I stopped taking the product and the hives backed off, and the acne, although my face was still slightly red. I restarted and within two days the hives and acne were back. I went through this process about two more times and finally gave up. I can't take this product without incurring acne on my face, and hives on my body. By the way, I never made it to taking 4 of the capsules a day, was up to two a day when the hives/acne began.
