5.0 out of 5 stars One tablet is good enough. Garden of Life “MyKind“ organic certified whole food women’s multi vitamin is well worth the relatively high price. All one has to do is look at the label of nutrients that included high amounts of all the basic vitamins, including vitamin K, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, iodine, zinc, selenium, manganese, and chromium - all of which are supplied in amounts far over the DV recommended. So I have been using just one tablet instead of two. And have learned that one tablet works plenty well enough so a 60 tablet bottle will last twice as long. But on top of that it has an organic blend of a plethora of organic fruits and vegetables that takes a great deal of time to read. Also, it contains organic hormone and breast support blend of organic black cohosh root, organic tomato standard for lycopene fruit, organic turmeric standard for curcuminoids. Garden of Eden has applied for a patent on its special tablet and I can see why. It turned out the value is better when buying this one because there are 60 pills as opposed to 30 in the regular women's multi-vit. This one recommends two pills per day. I opted to take 1 pill per day and I still get enough nutrients along with a balanced diet. This version of the vitamin also contains nutrients for breast health that the other pill does not. I recommend these for women under 40 for this reason.Side note: I have noticed I am farting excessively every. Single. Day. I am kind of happy I am single because it is embarrassing. I am not sure whether or not these pills have anything to do with that. I hope not. One person found this helpful

Designed for women over forty, these vitamins support breast health and contain turmeric and biotin, which I had been taking separately before I realized they were included. I appreciate that the vitamins are made from organic fruits, herbs, and veggies. As a business owner, I rarely have time to eat a complete lunch and just grab a protein bar, so these pills balance out my nutrition. The vitamins and minerals are far over the recommended daily value, so it’s really the only pill I need to take. Easy on my stomach, these pills give me a lot of energy, and I love that they’re gluten free, vegan, and made responsibly. Until recently, I was only taking one pill per day, and that seemed to be enough, but after examining the label, I tried the recommended dose of two pills per day, and I feel great! The only downside is they are a tad pricey and there are always a few pills in the bottle that are broken in half, but they are well worth it. She even switched my blood pressure medicine.I stopped taking the vitamins for 2 days and everything got better! I took one this morning and my lips got hives again, my mouth is tingling! This is unbelievable! I decided to go look at the reviews! All of the allergic reactions! I have no idea what is causing this but I am throwing it away!My heart also beats fast! My lips became swollen 4x their size!!I prayed about posting this picture, if it helps 1 person, it is worth it!The second batch was different! Something was wrong! I read this in other people’s review! Something isn’t regulated here!I have missed days of work trying to figure out what has happened to me! I had to google allergic reactions to find reviews on this product going back to 2017 on severe allergic reactions!Amazon put a warning or remove this product! I am contacting the USDA and the FDA! It’s a good, high quality, complete (and then some) multivitamin but I noticed that it’s kicking me out of ketosis. My fault, I failed to recognize that it has dextrose and maltodextrin in it. If you’re not doing keto, this is a great multivitamin, I’m bummed I now need to find something else.Just fyi, the formulary has not changed since Nestle took over Garden of life. 13 people found this helpful

Amazing,Amazing!I have 1 special needs kiddos that requires a lot of attention and a 2 yr old, both also having a rare medical condition called gsd (glycogen storage disease), their liver doesn’t release storage so they both go hypoglycemic daily and nightly.I have felt run down to the point I was beginning to worry if there was something medically wrong. I felt and looked like death. I lost most of my hair (it was tail bone length), and the fatigue was really bad. I felt so bad, I didn’t want to be on this earth anymore. I was just so depleted and exhausted.I went to the doc and she considered prescribing me anxiety and antidepressants and wanted to check my hormones.I now have ptsd due to their medical condition. Seeing blood glucose numbers on their monitors was and still is scary. The weight of protecting them from sugar drops was overwhelming. Bathing, sweating, running and playing all drop their sugars.My life is nothing but theres, from scheduled feedings to therapy, to monitoring blood sugars. They are adopted, I’ve already raised 3 kiddos. My 3 oldest were a breeze. Now being a special needs mom in my mid 40’s isn’t at all easy. I’m struggling.These vitamins raised my energy, removed my fatigue, ended my constant dizziness, and helped me emotionally. I feel like a walking miracle from these! My thoughts are also so much lighter and clearer. I was having so much difficulty comprehending, and could no longer read much. My brain felt like it was in a cloud and swimming in water. I was so dizzy and tired. I became resentful and short tempered. These vitamins erased it all.Thank you! Thank you for creating such a remarkable and trustworthy vitamin.Side note: I did have an allergic reaction much like others shared. One reason I held onto these was because they worked but I was too worried to continue taking them due to the reaction. I started taking them again due to the severity of how I was feeling, I almost went to the ER the day after Christmas. Thats when I decided as last resort to start taking these again and see. 3.0 out of 5 stars Still a giant horse pill, but one serving is 2 pills I read the reviews about how pleasantly it's flavored, how easy it is to swallow, and that's all poppycock. It isn't as horribly sulfurous as most multis. It may be infinitesimally smaller than every other giant multivitamin. Somehow, though, it takes two of them to equal one serving so you have twice the gag-time choking them down.I appreciate that there are no fake ingredients. It does include sunflower lecithin, brown rice, and potato starch, three ingredients that one is supposed to avoid on the Gundry Plant Paradox diet. I figured it had to be a minute quantity and wouldn't cause issues, but I started having problems with swelling in my legs and joint pain after about 10 days, so I've stopped taking them and switched to other multis, the swelling and pain are gone - I can't say these *caused* those effects, because I also experienced a lot of stress at the same time, but I'll pass on taking any more. I knew the ingredient list, my rating is not because of that, just an FYI to anyone else on PPD.It seems unnecessary to need 2 pills when every other product is 1 pill, and wholly unnecessary that if it's going to take 2 pills, why such a giant horse pill? 4 people found this helpful

In the morning, after I take my daily recommended dose of two vitamins plus my coffee, I feel like I have SO much energy! I feel a lot better and healthier since finding these! Only downside is that these vitamins are pretty expensive! Definitely pricier than other brands you find in stores. Unfortunately, I'm hooked and getting ready to purchase my next bottle. I used another well-known brand which is also a little higher in cost but I love that this company uses a fermentation method and they also use purified water (not tap/city water) to truly make it a great vitamin! I highly recommend this one and just so you know, although it may not be convenient, you should take a multivitamin that is not a one a day type, those you normally urinate out most of the benefits. I learned this watching a docuseries as well as from my supplement store. If you can only do a one a day then that's better than nothing. I really like this multi! 2 people found this helpful

After turning 40, I felt my body and energy were not what it used to be. I took other vitamins but none that I felt made a significant enough difference to make me notice. With these, I noticed a difference. I usually felt like I needed to take a nap around 4:00 PM but my fatigue was not there after 3 days of taking these. I was pleasantly surprised. Other vitamins I tried previously irritated my stomach especially if I took them on an empty stomach. These didn't do that. I have been taking them now for 6 months every morning. I have found that Garden of Life Products, most especially nutritional poll supplements have an Excellent & Outstanding Quality! I have tried so many others to then only find out that they used ingredients that were only 3% absorbable. I now do research & have found that many vitamins need to be chelates or have to be in different forms in order for your body to absorb & use them. -Other wise your just end up paying to have expensive urine. And the help you were needing from that vitamin supplement never happens. Which is VERY ANNOYING. As such, I Highly Advise that Centrum & Many Big brand name vitamin companies do not use the absorbable forms of Calcium, Magnesium & Numerous other ones in which you will want to start doing your own research such as I did & to try not to get so furious as I did when I found out that those big name brands are trash! 2 people found this helpful

Bummer!I’m sure they’re fine for some one else and I know it’s supposed to be a good name brand. However I heard the company was bought out by another name brand. 5.0 out of 5 stars More energy I was surprised that within several days of taking this vitamin I had more energy and found myself doing more housework than normal (not sure that's a good thing ;) ) Before I ordered them I checked online at an independent lab testing site and this vitamin ranked very well. I'm not crazy about the size of the pills, and wish it were a capsule instead so they would be easier to swallow. I have sometimes cut them in half. I never review products, but I think this one deserves a review. I've never noticed a difference in myself with other inexpensive well known brands. 4.0 out of 5 stars Seems Great!, but Co. needs to disclose Info on Sourcing (US Farms?), Testing?, and Get rid of the Ridiculous over sized bottle. Ordered for wife who wanted whole-food based vitamin. She had 2 comments 1] Oooh they smell good. 2] why is the bottle only 40% full? We are impressed with the smell for sure, but it is admittedly rather shallow evidence to support the wonderful ingredient list. Frankly all the products marketing materials are impressive including the website...they say all the things I want to hear ie: USDA certified organic, non-GMO, whole food based, no harsh chemical binders, synthetic free, vegan. Some more important then others, but I hope they are all true. Seems likely to be the best product out there.Only some minor disappointments 1) the ridiculously over sized bottle that comes 40% full. No its not missing any pills, they are all there, and its not due to settling, its just an over sized waste of a glass bottle; what is up with this?? 2) manufacturer makes no mention of independent purity/toxin testing 3) Mfg makes no statements about the sourcing of the whole organic foods. Are they sourced from organic farms or suppliers in the USA, if so which ones? How do I know that they are not sourced from supposedly organic farms in China? Since I have been taking the GOL Women's 40 plus, I have more energy, a little color coming back to my skin, my hair and nails seems to have improved slightly (I have only taken it for a month) but so far so good and I did replace my empty bottle. I will update my review with my next empty bottle but so far so good. No stomach upset but I do always take it with food. They are large pills but that doesn't bother me, they are easy to swallow and I have used GOL supplements in the past, it is one of the few brands I trust that doesn't have any additives like the original centrum and like brands so I have peace of mind when taking them that I am not getting any added and completely useless junk. 5 people found this helpful

The organic formula is more bioavailable, gentle to the planet, does not deplete soil integrity nor chelate minerals in my body, and is super-convenient to take because you need only two for a serving size. The capsules are large tablets, but easy to swallow because they go down very smoothly.I am a 47-year-old home schooler dealing with all of the stresses of raising a family of four people and 10 animals with nonstop chores and responsibilities. I don't always have the time to eat a perfectly balanced diet complete with every vitamin and mineral my pre-menopausal body needs every single day . . . (aw, who am I kidding, I almost never get to do that), but I do feel the beneficial difference in my mood, energy, and sleep quality when I take these multis. The hormone blend within this formulation is spot-on for my age group. I cannot recommend them enough, and I bought two bottles.
